Negotiations are nearing completion for the above staying at The Celtic Royal Hotel in Caernarfon on a half board basis after travelling from Maghull Square on a luxury coach with toilet facilities and air conditioning , rooms are double or twin with a supplement for single use

There will be 3 visits to vineyards , Pant Du , Gwinllan and Vale where we will have a wine tasting after a tour/talk on the particular vineyard

There will be visits to Pant Newydd House and Gardens (NT) , a return train journey to the top of Mount Snowden ,Llanfair PG (the longest name railway station) ,Conwy and Caernarfon Castles , ,Portmeirion Village , Bethesda , Betws – y Coed and Capel Curig

Cost per member is £729 with a £99 supplement for single occupancy

A Mr and Mrs Bennett visited the AFF desk and were put on a reserve list , I have tried unsuccessfully to find there contact details. If they still want to take up the 2 places on boat 3 at 2.30pm please visit Jeff Martin at the AFF desk and pay the £35pp

I have now agreed 3 boats at both 12noon and 2.30pm , all boats are full except boat 3 at 2.30pm. 2 members have now paid for this boat and 4 members are to either forward a cheque to George or see Jeff Martin , the remaining 2 places are allocated to Mr and Mrs Bennett but if they do not take up the places , these 2 places will be made available to 2 other members if they wish to join us.

I have managed to add a further 8 berth boat to the 12noon trip

All boats for the 12noon trip are full ie. 2×12 and 1×8 members

The 2.30pm trip has 2 boats with 12 members on each  , a further 8 berth boat can be added to the 2.30pm trip if  a further 8 members book places.

Due to unanticipated demand , it has been necessary to add one additional canal boat

Therefore there will be two separate trips , one at 12 noon and one at 2.30pm . There is now availability for 48 members to take the trip , 24 at 12 noon and 24 at 2.30pm. The coach for the 12 noon trip will leave Maghull Square at 11.20am and the coach for the 2.30pm trip will leave at 1.50pm (times are approximate)

I have 19 members ( some added off the reserve list) who have yet to pay. Payment is  required urgently as I have 2 members on the reserve list.who will be given consideration for a place if payments are not made shortly. I have split the 48 members currently on the list into 4 groups of 12 (24 for 12noon and 24 for 2.30approx.)
