On Monday, 19th September 2016, our cycle groups celebrated our 10 year Anniversary, by cycling from Lydiate to Liverpool along the canal towpath. We decided to combine the event with the Leeds Liverpool Canal Bicentenary Celebrations, which also take place this year.
The Archaeology group meets on the second Friday, monthly.
The venue is Kensington House at 2.30

We now have 25 people showing interest in the Canal Walking Group.
We will be meeting on 12th September at 12 o, clock, at Maghull Parish Hall.
It looks like this group will walk on 4th Thursday. Brian Leech who runs the Discussion group on the 4th Thursday has been advised and has no problem with this

We will shortly be moving our walk back to Maghull for the winter period.
Our first walk in Maghull will be as follows;

Meeting at Maghull Baptist Church car park at 6.30pm
for a 1 hour walk around Maghull.

Please note that a set menu is not available so meal choices will be from the a la carte menu to be chosen on the day.
