Nordic Walking

Several members took part in the free “Nordic walking” training which costs £70 per person to Sefton Council, but to date only one of these people have attended a Nordic walk. It is important to attend the walks to consolidate the learning and prevent waste of council monies.

The next morning walk takes place on Monday 25th at 10:15 from the Leisure centre for 1 hour, or Monday 25th at 6:30 from Lydiate Scout hut for 90 mins. No need to book , just turn up. Poles are available at each walk.
