This major exhibition of more than 120 paintings will highlight Liverpool’s significant role in the Pre-Raphaelite movement, reinforcing the city’s position as the Victorian art capital of the north.

We will be having a talk and tour at the Walker Art Gallery of this very special exhibition for which early booking at  Art Appreciation Desk at Tuesday Coffee morning (payment upon booking is essential ) as only 15 people per tour we may have to do two tours, further info to follow.

‘New Worlds’ exhibition is a first for Kirkby Gallery

This is an exhibition of work inspired by the era in which Kirkby as a New Town was built. It opens at the town’s Gallery next month and features some of the most significant works of the 60s and 70s by British artists including 19 stunning and varied artworks, which collectively demonstrate the importance of British art from the time.
