Fun with flowers
A new 8 week course starts 10 am. on the 9th October at St James Hall Green Lane Maghull. The sessions will last for 1.5 hours. There is still room so if you want to join this group please get in touch with Michelle Tant on 0151 531 9333.
The cost will be £12 for the eight week course

Bird Watching First Trip
A trip has been arranged for the group to visit Lunt Meadows on Monday afternoon, 16th October at 1pm. We will meet in the car park on site
See the link below for some info and the location of the car park. Also included is the link to their Facebook page which is very interesting in terms of which species have been spotted and lots of photos.
Please let June Avery know (0151 526 9118) if you want to come on the visit if you have not already done so. Or if you need a lift or if you don’t have binoculars, as she will see if Adam Graham, the ranger can loan us any.
Please wear stout shoes/boots as the site can be muddy. Also depending on the weather wrap up warm, it is rather exposed. There are a number of open hides on the site with benches. June will collect £2 from everyone on the day as a donation to the Wildlife Trust.
