Wednesday 20th April 2016  Leaving Maghull we will head for the popular  Tweedmill Factory Shopping Outlet, in Wales, with its wide choice of fashion, deli, farm shop, gardening products, shoes etc. Time to have coffee and some lunch in their reasonably priced restaurant or light bite bar and, of course, to participate in some retail therapy.

We will then proceed to Ruthin to  Patchwork Pâté, a family run artisan  pâté-making Company. They make  various different flavoured pates including vegetarian varieties  Here we will have an interesting talk about the history of the Company, a guided tour and tastings, followed by Tea/coffee.  There is also a shop where you can purchase a wide range of Welsh food products including unusual chutneys and jams as used by TV Chefs.
