Now that the lighter nights are here again, we are moving the walk back to Lydiate from Monday, 13th April, 2015. Meeting at 18:30hrs (6.30pm) at Lydiate Parish Hall. The circular walks will be around the Lydiate area, using lanes, footpaths, canal towpath and the Cheshire Lines path. Walk duration 1 hour 30 min (4 miles approx). Suitable clothing and footwear recommended. Poles supplied if required. Free courses for beginners in Nordic Walking technique available from Sefton Active Walks. You must have completed this course to take part. Please note, there will be no walks on public holidays.
